The main cottage and carriage house are set in a fully fenced courtyard are both yours. They are a 10-minute walk to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Lovers Point Beach. Pebble Beach and Carmel are minutes away. Big Sur is a just over an hour down Hwy 1. We are pet-friendly with a $50/wk pet fee.

The courtyard is fully fenced around both cottages. And it's a favorite space for guests to hang out in our temperate, Central Coast climate.

We are pet-friendly have a pet fee of $50 a week/$150 a month.

When you book, you can pay by check or Zelle. We have a $500 security deposit. Bookings over $1,500 can be done in two payments, the first when reserving and the second a month before your arrival day. Full refunds a month in advance, half two weeks in advance. If the time is rebooked, you'll also be refunded.
